Cloudflare has crashed, causing a ripple effect that's brought down numerous websites worldwide. X, Substack, Canva - and even Down Detector are among the casualties of the massive internet blackout.
As a result of the outage, millions of users across the world are likely to see a ' 500 internet server error' message when they log onto websites impacted by the issue. Cloudflare said in a statement at 9am: “Cloudflare is investigating issues with Cloudflare Dashboard and related APIs.
“Customers using the Dashboard / Cloudflare APIs are impacted as requests might fail and/or errors may be displayed.” It added shortly after that it has implemented a potential fix to the issue and is now monitoring the results.
